1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Link by PZX ("Platform"), operated by PZX (CNPJ: 62.054.402/0001-26), headquartered in the city of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Link by PZX provides tools for creating bio link pages, shortening URLs, generating QR codes, and tracking engagement metrics. The service is available via mobile app and at pzx.link.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. In case of unauthorized use, notify us immediately through the contact channel indicated in section 12.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without prejudice to any applicable legal measures.

5. Intellectual Property

All Platform content developed by PZX, including branding, logos, design, and code, is owned by PZX or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Content you create remains your property. By publishing it on the Platform, you grant PZX a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable license limited to your period of use of the Platform, to store, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of technically operating the contracted service, without any additional commercial use by PZX.

6. Plans and Payments

The Platform offers free features. Additional features such as custom domains and branding removal may be available through paid plans. Pricing, terms, and payment methods will be clearly presented before purchase.

In the event of cancellation of a paid plan by PZX without just cause, the proportional amount for the unused period will be refunded to the user. Cancellation due to violation of these Terms does not entitle the user to a refund.

7. Personal Data Processing

PZX processes users' personal data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018) and our Privacy Policy.

Data collected is used exclusively for Platform operation, service improvement, and account-related communications. You may, at any time, exercise your data subject rights, including access, correction, deletion, and portability of your data, through the contact channel indicated in section 12.

Upon account termination, your personal data will be deleted or anonymized within the timeframes set forth in our Privacy Policy, unless legal retention obligations apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

Link by PZX is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, PZX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits rights guaranteed by Brazil's Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) or other applicable mandatory laws.

9. Suspension and Termination

PZX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:

Whenever possible, the user will be notified in advance and given a reasonable period to respond, except in cases of urgency or risk to the Platform and third parties.

You may also terminate your account at any time through the Platform settings or by contacting us through the channel indicated in section 12.

10. Changes to Terms

PZX may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice through the Platform or via email.

For users with active paid plans, changes that affect pricing or contracted terms will require active acceptance before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of all other changes.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the Brazilian Internet Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014), and the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018).

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the courts of the District of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, subject to the consumer user's right to choose the jurisdiction of their domicile, as provided by the Consumer Defense Code.
